How to make a Galvanised Roofing Sheet
The manufacturing process involves two main steps: corrugation and galvanization, typically achieved through hot-dip galvanization or electro-galvanization. These processes enhance the steel resistance to corrosion,and also allow for various designs and thicknesses, meeting diverse applications from roofing to wall cladding.
We supply galvanized corrugated roofing sheets in thickness range from 0.15mm to 0.8mm, the width ranges from 600mm to 1500mm, and the length can be customized according to demand. The common zinc coating thickness is 30-275g/m2, depending on material specifications and project requirements.
