Fault blocking function of TROLEO series intelligent valve positioner: When the positioner does not have fault blocking function, the on-site process is to maintain the position of the control valve under the conditions of power failure, gas failure and signal failure, and an external power failure comparator, Solenoid valve and air lock valve can be realized. TORLEO is specially designed to optimize the pneumatic components. It adopts the built-in fault blocking function. It does not need to connect an external power-off comparator and solenoid valve, but only needs to connect an external air lock valve to easily realize the three-break position of the valve, which improves the reliability of the system. It also saves investment for users. If the pneumatic actuator has a small gas capacity, the pneumatic relay (booster) can be eliminated.
