Product Description:

All of our Aluminium Chequer Plate is stocked in grade 5754 H22. Grade 5754 is both harder and stronger than 1050H14, which is the standard grade of Aluminium Plain Sheet. Despite this, Aluminium 5 Bar Treadplate still has great workability and formability and is designed for cutting, shaping & folding.

①Hot dip galvanized steel plate	A sheet of steel is dipped into a molten zinc bath so that it adheres to a sheet of zinc on its surface. ③ Electric galvanized steel plate	The production of galvanized steel plate by electroplating has good machinability. But the coating is thin, corrosion resistance is not as good as hot dip galvanized sheet;
④ Single-sided plating and double-sided difference galvanized steel plate	Single-sided galvanized steel, that is, galvanized only on one side of the product. In welding, coating, rust treatment, processing and other aspects, it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single side not coated with zinc, and a galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided difference galvanized sheet;
⑤Alloy, composite galvanized steel plate	It is made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc alloy and composite plated steel plate. This steel plate has excellent anti-rust performance and good coating performance; In addition to the above five, there are color galvanized steel, printing coated galvanized steel, PVC laminated galvanized steel and so on. But the most commonly used is still hot dip galvanized sheet.
