Description
Pneumatic conveying jet pump is a device that uses high-speed
airflow to transport materials. It is widely used in the industrial

Working principle
Power generation: Compressed air enters the nozzle of the jet pump through the
intake port. The nozzle is designed in a specific shape, which can
cause a sharp increase in the flow velocity of compressed air when
passing through, forming a high-speed airflow. This process is
based on Bernoulli's principle, where as the gas flow rate
increases, the pressure decreases, forming a negative pressure zone
at the nozzle outlet.
Material suction: Materials (such as powders, particles, etc.) in the negative
pressure zone are sucked into the jet pump by the pressure
difference. The material enters from the feed inlet and mixes with
high-speed airflow, which carries the material into the diffusion
tube.
Transportation process: In the diffusion tube, the kinetic energy of high-speed airflow is
gradually converted into static pressure energy, which increases
the pressure of the mixed airflow and drives the material to be
transported along the conveying pipeline to the destination.
Throughout the process, the material is transported by the energy
of the airflow, without the need for mechanical transmission
components to come into direct contact with the material.
