Product Descripition:
After years of dedicated research, we have designed and developed
an advanced grinding equipment that is safe, environmentally
friendly, energy-saving, and efficient. It integrates functions
such as drying, grinding, powder selection, and conveying. The main
performance and economic and technical indicators of the equipment
have reached the international advanced level.
Working Principle:
The material falls into the center of the grinding disc through the
feeding tube, and the grinding disc rotating at a constant speed
uses centrifugal force to evenly disperse and flatten the material
outward, forming a certain thickness of material bed. Under the
drive of the grinding disc, the material is pushed onto the roller
conveyor of the grinding device and crushed by the rolling of the
grinding roller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the
pulverized coal powder overflows from the edge of the grinding disc
and is carried by the high-speed upward hot air flow from the
nozzle ring (air ring). Large particles directly fall onto the
grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow
passes through the upper separator, the coarse powder will return
to the grinding disc for grinding under the action of the rotating
rotor, and the qualified fine powder will enter the dust collector
with the airflow and be collected into products.

Physical Property
Compact structure: The overall structure is relatively compact,
occupying a relatively small area, which can effectively save
installation space and facilitate layout in different sites.
Durable Material: Usually made of wear-resistant and
corrosion-resistant metal materials, key components such as
grinding rollers and grinding discs are often made of special alloy
steel to withstand high pressure and friction, extending their
service life.
Performance attributes
High grinding efficiency: By utilizing the relative motion between
the grinding roller and the grinding disc to compact and grind the
material, block shaped materials can be quickly ground into fine
powder, which can effectively improve production efficiency
compared to traditional grinding equipment.
Strong drying ability: It can introduce hot air to dry materials
and can handle materials with high moisture content. Generally, it
can reduce the moisture content of materials to about 1% -2%,
meeting the requirements of different production processes for
material moisture.
High product accuracy: Equipped with an efficient powder selection
device, it can accurately control the particle size distribution of
the product, making the finished product particle size uniform, and
can produce products with different fineness requirements, such as
controlling the coal powder fineness within the R90 sieve residue
range of 3% -12%.
Run Properties
Low energy consumption: By using the material bed grinding
principle, compared to traditional grinding equipment such as ball
mills, the energy consumption can be reduced by about 30% -50% when
grinding the same amount of material, which has significant
energy-saving advantages.
Low noise: The noise generated during operation is relatively low,
generally below 85 decibels, which is beneficial for improving the
working environment and reducing noise pollution.
Easy maintenance: The structure is relatively simple, and
components such as grinding rollers and grinding discs are easy to
disassemble and replace. Daily maintenance and repair work is
relatively convenient, which can effectively reduce maintenance
costs and downtime.
