Working principle
Feeding: Open the feed valve and exhaust valve, the silo pump feeds
at normal pressure, and the material enters the pump body through
the feed port until the horizontal level meter sends a full silo
indication signal, and then close the feed valve and exhaust valve.
Pressurization: Open the high-pressure air valve to pressurize the
tank, let the compressed air enter the pump body, and provide power
for material transportation.
Transportation: When the operating pressure is reached, open the
conveying air valve and the discharge valve, the material forms a
fluidized state under the action of compressed air, and is
transported out through the conveying pipeline under the push of
the air pressure difference.
Purge and decompression: After the pressure switch, level meter or
time relay shows that the conveying is over, close the
high-pressure air valve and the discharge valve, so that all the
compressed air is used to purge the conveying pipeline to prevent
the residual material from blocking the pipeline; at the same time,
open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure in the tank to normal
pressure.
Structural composition
Pump body: used to store materials, usually a sealed tank structure
with different volume specifications to meet different conveying
volume requirements.
Feeding device: generally includes components such as feed valves,
controls the material to enter the pump body, and can be connected
to silos or other feeding equipment.
Discharging device: mainly a discharge valve, responsible for
controlling the discharge of materials from the pump body into the
conveying pipeline.
Fluidizing device: such as conical aeration grooves, nozzles,
fluidizing air chambers and fluidizing discs, etc., so that the
material can be fluidized in the pump body for easy transportation.
Air source system: including air compressors, compressed air
purification and filtration equipment and air storage tanks, etc.,
to provide compressed air for transportation.
Control system: using PLC control system or relay control, etc.,
can realize automatic or manual control, monitor and adjust the
entire conveying process.
