1.Pneumatic Conveying Bin Pump, also known as airflow conveying, is a method of conveying powder and granular solid materials in pipelines using air flow as the carrier under certain conditions. The system mainly consists of sending equipment, conveying pipelines, material and gas separation equipment, gas source and purification equipment, and electrical instruments. The flow state of materials in pipelines is very complex, and it significantly changes with the speed of the airflow, the amount of materials contained in the airflow, and the properties of the materials themselves.
2.The pneumatic conveying bin pump adopts a positive pressure pneumatic conveying method to transport powdered materials, and is widely used in the transportation of materials such as fly ash, cement, cement raw materials, and mineral powder in power plants. Transportation pipelines can be flexibly arranged according to terrain conditions to achieve centralized, dispersed, high altitude, and long-distance transportation. The transportation process is not affected by natural conditions, ensuring that materials are not affected by moisture and are environmentally friendly and pollution-free. This equipment adopts a PLC control system, which can be automatically or manually controlled. After long-term practical operation, it has been proven that the equipment has stable performance, reliable quality, and no dust pollution during transportation, making it an ideal pneumatic conveying equipment.

features
* High energy efficiency
Due to the reasonable fluidization structure, good material
fluidization state, and significantly lower gas consumption
compared to similar products, our company has made multiple
improvements to the fluidization structure after years of
production and research, greatly improving production efficiency
and reducing energy consumption.
* High material to gas ratio
The fluidization effect is good, the gas consumption is low, and
the material to gas ratio is naturally higher. Through laboratory
tests, the equivalent distance is within 500 meters, and the
material to gas ratio reaches over 30Kg (ash)/Kg (gas).
* Low material flow rate
Due to low gas consumption and high material to gas ratio, the
material moves in a partial flow in the pipeline, achieving dynamic
and static pressure transportation. Therefore, the flow rate of
material transportation is low, the wear of equipment valves and
pipelines is small, and the service life of vulnerable parts is
long.
* Strong adjustment function
It has multiple adjustment methods such as primary and secondary
air intake regulation, which can enable the system to operate under
the optimal air consumption ratio and excellent fluidization state.
* Unique blockage removal method
Our company adopts a reverse suction blockage removal method, which
is simple and feasible, and operates reasonably. It only requires
the material and gas mixture to be led to the material bin or flue
inlet through blockage removal valves and pipelines.
* Easy to solve supporting facilities
Due to its low gas consumption and low speed, the material and gas
separation and filtration equipment in the silo can be smaller than
those equipped with general silo pumps, resulting in less air
pollution.
* Low energy consumption coefficient
The energy consumption coefficient of our warehouse pump conveying
system is below 65KW.h/t.m.
* High degree of automation
The programmable logic controller (PLC) control system is adopted,
and the entire working process can be fully automated. The system
can be set to operate automatically or manually. The main control
cabinet is installed in the system control room.
