1. Product Introduction
The positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying system can
be achieved by two types of air sources for pipeline dust-free
conveying. The air source is provided by Roots blower or air
compressor, but for most working conditions, Roots blower is still
widely used as the air source. The Roots blower uses a gas pressure
of less than 1kg/c ㎡ and adopts a positive pressure (pressure
delivery type) to push materials through the entire conveying line
at a higher speed. Therefore, this conveying method is called a
low-pressure high-speed system, which has a high gas material
ratio.
The Roots blower is used as the power source, and air or nitrogen
is used as the conveying medium. The material is dispersed and
suspended in the pipeline at a high speed, with a conveying
distance of hundreds of meters. At the beginning of the system,
there is an acceleration of about 10m/s, and at the end, it can
reach a high speed of 30m/s. Therefore, the airflow speed is
relatively high. The initial pressure of the transmission pipeline
is generally lower than 0.06Mpa, while the end pressure is
basically close to atmospheric pressure.
The characteristics of positive pressure dilute phase conveying: it
can transport materials from a low point to multiple points; Large
conveying capacity, suitable for short or medium distance
conveying.
2. Application Area
The PJP type positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying jet
pump is a low-pressure, dilute phase, and continuous pneumatic
conveying equipment suitable for situations where the conveying
volume is not large and the conveying distance is medium. It can be
widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals,
electricity, grain, metallurgy, casting, etc. The conveying
materials include cement, raw materials, fly ash, hydrated lime,
slag powder, steel slag powder, coal powder, aluminum oxide powder,
phosphorus powder, pyrophyllite powder, and organic silicon powder.
3. Main features of the product

pump is a pneumatic conveying device with automatic control, which
has a compact structure, reliable performance, simple maintenance,
long service life, and low investment cost. The moving parts are
only materials and air. When connected to the dust removal device,
its fully enclosed system design can provide a completely dust-free
working environment.
When the PJP jet pump pneumatic conveying system is installed at
the bottom of the silo to transport materials using the pressure of
the materials in the silo, changes in the height of the materials
in the silo will cause corresponding changes in the material
conveying speed. Therefore, the conveying capacity of the materials
depends on the height of the materials in the silo .
When the PJP jet pump pneumatic conveying system is equipped with a
locking device, the conveying capacity of the material depends on
the locking capacity of the locking device.
