Product Introduction:
Coal vertical mill can be widely used in industries such as cement, electricity, steel, metallurgy, etc. Due to its special process and structure, the coal vertical mill has low dust and noise during the production process, and the produced coal powder has efficient grading and excellent combustion performance. The GRMC series coal vertical mill produced by Great Wall Machinery has a simple process, compact equipment, and a coal powder fineness of up to 80% μ MR 3%, with stable fineness and uniform particle size.
Introduction to Coal Mill Process
The raw coal (with a comprehensive moisture content controlled
below 15% and a particle size requirement of ≤ 50mm) is dropped
into the center of the grinding disc through a feeding pipe. With
the help of the centrifugal force of the constant speed rotating
grinding disc, the raw materials are evenly dispersed and flattened
outward, forming a certain thickness of material bed. The materials
are simultaneously crushed by multiple grinding rollers on the
grinding disc.
Under the continuous action of centrifugal force, the material
continuously moves towards the outer edge of the grinding disc.
When the material leaving the grinding disc encounters hot gas
entering the mill through the wind ring and rises, it enters the
separator through the middle shell of the mill. During this
process, the material undergoes sufficient heat exchange with the
hot gas, and the water is quickly evaporated, thereby drying the
material in and out. The powder selection machine controls the
particle size of the finished product at the outlet of the mill.
Particles larger than the specified size are separated and returned
to the grinding disc for grinding. Materials that meet the fineness
requirements are fed into the finished product warehouse through
the powder selection machine.

The grinding roller bearing adopts a thin oil circulation
lubrication method, which can ensure that the bearing operates at
lower temperatures and is beneficial for extending the service life
of the bearing:
The setting of the limit mechanism ensures a certain distance
between the grinding roller and the grinding disc, avoiding
wear-resistant parts and metals
Equipped with a flipping roller device, the grinding roller can be
flipped out of the mill for maintenance, which is convenient and
fast.
