Product Introduction:
Vertical mill, also known as roller mill, is widely used in
large-scale material grinding and ultrafine grinding processing in
industries such as cement chemical industry, coal, and power. It is
an ideal equipment in the grinding industry that integrates
crushing, drying, grinding, grading, and conveying. When used for
coal powder preparation, the product fineness can meet industry

Operational Principle
In the process of powder production, the main motor drives the
grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, while hot air enters
the vertical mill body from the air inlet. The material falls to
the center of the grinding disc through the discharge pipe, and the
constant speed rotating grinding disc disperses and flattens the
raw material outward with the help of centrifugal force, forming a
certain thickness of material bed. The material is simultaneously
crushed by multiple grinding rollers on the grinding disc. Under
the continuous driving force of centrifugal force, the material
continuously moves towards the outer edge of the grinding disc.
When the material leaving the grinding disc encounters hot gas
entering the mill through the wind ring and rises, it enters the
separator through the middle shell of the mill. During this
process, the material undergoes sufficient heat exchange with the
hot gas, and the water is quickly evaporated. The powder selection
machine controls the particle size of the finished product at the
outlet of the roller mill. Particles larger than the specified size
are separated and fall back to the grinding disc. Materials that
meet the fineness requirements enter the dust collector through the
powder selection machine, and the collected finished product is
sent to the finished product warehouse.
