NO.1 Coal vertical mill can be applied in industries such as cement, electricity, steel, metallurgy, etc. Due to its special process and structure, the coal vertical mill produces less dust and low noise during the production process, resulting in high efficiency and excellent combustion performance of the produced coal powder. The coal vertical mill produced by our company has a simple process, compact equipment, and a coal powder fineness of up to 80% μ MR 3%, with stable fineness and uniform particle size.
NO.2 Structural principle:
The coal vertical mill is driven by an electric motor and drives
the grinding disc of the coal mill to rotate through a planetary
reducer. The 2-4 grinding rollers on the grinding disc rotate under
the driving force of the grinding disc. The raw coal entering
through the coal chute is distributed on the grinding disc. Due to
the hydraulic loading force, there is compression between the
grinding rollers and the grinding disc, causing large particles of
raw coal to be crushed. The sliding friction force generated by the
relative motion between the grinding roller and the grinding disc
is used to achieve the crushing of small coal particles; During the
grinding of raw coal in the mill, hot air (usually below 300 ℃) is
introduced into the vertical mill to dry the moisture of the raw
coal and meet the requirements for finished coal powder; The ground
coal powder is transported by primary air into the separator for
separation. The qualified coal powder is separated and transported
to the coal powder bin, while the unqualified coarse coal powder is
returned to the mill for re grinding.

same model, the output has increased by 20-50%, and the operating
power consumption of the coal mill can be greatly reduced;
High quality coal powder
It adopts advanced dynamic and static combination separators, which
have high classification efficiency and large adjustment space. The
fineness of selected powder can reach 0.08 mm, and the sieve
residue is less than 8%, which can meet the fineness requirements
of most low-quality coal or anthracite powder grinding in cement
production lines.

By adopting explosion-proof measures such as temperature detection
devices and online gas analyzers, the safe operation of the
equipment is effectively ensured.
Complies with environmental standards
Through a unique sealing structure design, the entire system is in
a negative pressure state, with no dust overflow and low noise
during the production process. The coal powder is collected using a
dedicated gas box pulse dust collector for coal grinding, and the
dust emission concentration meets national standards.
