So the manufacturer of the warehouse pump must have the corresponding pressure vessel qualification certificate before proceeding with production and manufacturing. After the installation of valves and other accessories, the powder pneumatic conveying pump must undergo a pressure test before the equipment is shipped. Add compressed air to the bin pump, and the pressure limit of each type of dense phase delivery pump is different. The pressure test is to pressurize the gas to the pressure limit of the bin pump, and wait for 2 hours. Observe that there are no abnormalities in the pump body, valves, and pipelines of the bin pump. Only after passing the experiment can the equipment be shipped to the production site for operation and use.
Bin pump is a new type of pneumatic conveying equipment that
combines jet technology and fluidization technology. When the
material enters the pump body and the warehouse is full, it
undergoes gasification to form a fluidized state and smoothly enter
the mixing chamber; At the same time, compressed air is sprayed out
at high speed through the jet nozzle and fully mixed with the
flowing material. The high-speed airflow carries the animal
material through the Lafarre tube, converting the kinetic energy of
compressed air into pressure energy. At the same time, the air and
material are mixed again to increase the speed of the material and
move forward along the conveying pipeline, achieving the purpose of
conveying powder materials.
