2,Working principle of vertical mill
The HVM vertical mill system consists of a host, feeder,
classifier, blower, pipeline device, storage hopper, electric
control system, collection system, etc.
The HVM vertical grinding machine adopts a standardized modular
design and manufacturing pressure device. As the production
capacity of the vertical grinding machine increases, the number of
grinding rollers of the vertical grinding machine can be increased
accordingly. It can use 2 rollers, 3 rollers, or 4 grinding
rollers, or 6 grinding rollers can be arranged and combined to form
a series of products with multiple capabilities with fewer module
components, meeting the requirements of different product fineness
and yield.
The motor drives the reducer to drive the grinding disc to rotate.
Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves around
the grinding disc and enters between the grinding roller and the
grinding disc. Under the pressure of the grinding roller, the
material is crushed by compression, grinding, and shear forces. The
ground powder is blown by the airflow of the blower to the
classifier on the upper side of the main machine for screening. The
particles that are too coarse still fall into the main machine for
re grinding, while those that meet the specifications of fineness
flow into the pulse dust collector with the wind, After collection,
the finished product is discharged through the powder discharge
pipe, and the purified airflow flows into the air blower through
the pipeline on the pulse collector.
