Description

Vertical Mill For Bentonite Processing Feature

Working Principle:
The electric motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the
reducer. The material falls into the center of the grinding plate
from the feed port, and at the same time, hot air enters the
grinding mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal
force, the material moves to the edge of the grinding disc. When
passing through the annular groove on the grinding disc, it is
crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed material is picked up
by the high-speed airflow from the air ring at the edge of the
grinding disc, and the large particles fall directly onto the
grinding disc. Re-grinding. When the materials in the air flow pass
through the dynamic and static separators, under the action of the
rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls on the grinding disc and is
ground again. The qualified fine powder comes out of the grinding
along with the air flow and is collected in the powder collecting
device. product. Materials containing moisture are dried during
contact with hot gas to achieve the required product moisture.
