Description
Coal vertical mill has the characteristics of low unit power consumption, small floor space, simple pulverizing system, low noise, reliable operation, etc., as well as large crushing ratio, grinding parts It has unique advantages such as long service life, small output change in the whole operation cycle, wide application range of materials, and good applicability under high and low loads.
The three grinding rollers of the vertical coal mill are driven by
the rotating grinding disc to carry out the grinding operation.
After the incoming material falls on the grinding disc through the
central coal falling pipe, the centrifugal force generated by the
rotating grinding disc transports it to the grinding roller table
for grinding.
The grinding pressure is generated by a spring or hydraulic
pressure device. Through a statically indeterminate three-point
system, the grinding force is evenly transmitted to the three
grinding rollers, and the pressure is transmitted to the foundation
through the pressure system. Drying and conveying of pulverized
coal are carried out by hot air. The hot air is evenly distributed
around the grinding disc through the nozzle ring, and the ground
material is dried and transported to the separator on the upper
part of the mill. The coarse and fine powder of the material is
separated here, the fine powder is discharged from the mill, and
the coarse powder is returned to the mill for grinding.
Some unbreakables in the material can be discharged through the
ballast outlet at the lower part of the mill. The coal mill is
mainly composed of the basic part, the reducer, the lower frame
machine, the middle frame machine, the grinding disc, the grinding
roller, the pressurizing device, the separator, the positive
pressure air sealing device, the steam purging device and other
components, and is also equipped with the main motor , Lubricating
oil station, hydraulic station and sealing fan and other auxiliary
equipment, and also equipped with slow transmission device, special
tools for installation and maintenance, escalator platform,
pulverized coal distributor, quick-break valve and other supporting
equipment for users to choose. The coal mill adopts a hydraulic
pressure system, which can adjust the grinding pressure during
operation, and has better protection performance of iron passing.
On the basis of the original standard type, a grinding roller
turning device is added, and the anti-knock ability of the grinding
body is improved.
