The air energy heat pump dryer is a new type of drying device with a unique working principle. It applies heat energy that has been obtained from the low-temperature exhaust gas in the dryer/drying room through a heat pump process and uses it to heat the drying medium entering the dryer (room). During this process, moisture in the exhaust gas condenses into liquid water for discharge.
The heat pump dryer starts when the refrigerant is compressed by the compressor, turning it into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas. This gas then enters the condenser and releases heat. The heat released through condensation is subsequently circulated by the fan to the barn and used to heat the air inside. The maximum outlet temperature can reach 75°C. The elevated air temperature causes the moisture present in the dried object to slowly evaporate.
Finally, the fresh air dehumidification system is activated to dehumidify the air, thus achieving the desired drying effect. With the air energy heat pump dryer, drying objects become an efficient and eco-friendly process.
