Vacuum freeze drying is a drying technology that utilizes the
principle of sublimation. It is a process of quickly freezing the material at low
temperature, and then directly subliming the frozen water molecules
into water vapor in a suitable vacuum environment to escape the
material to dry the material.
Freeze-dried products are sponge-like, non-shrinking, and have good
hydration with very little water content. After corresponding packaging, it can be stored and transported at
room temperature for a long time.
THE VACUUM DRYING EQUIPMENT FEATURES
1. Low energy consumption, the heat source of evaporation operation
can use low-pressure steam or waste heat steam, which is only
20%-30% of the energy consumption of ordinary dryers, saving
energy；
2. The drying speed is fast, and the time is shortened by 3 to 10
times; the heat is fully utilized, the heat loss of the evaporator
is small, and a higher drying rate can be obtained at a lower
temperature;
3. In-situ freeze-drying, the equipment is a static vacuum dryer,
and the vertical door-opening structure can realize the in-situ
freeze-drying of materials, so the shape of the dried materials
will not be damaged；
4. It is conducive to reducing production costs and environmental
protection, and it can recycle organic solvents;
5. With PLC as the core, the touch screen is used as the
man-machine interface to record the multi-channel temperature data
in the freeze-drying process in real time；
6. The minicomputer adopts an air cooling system, which occupies a
small area and has a compact structure; the mainframe adopts
circulating water cooling, which is not restricted by the
environment.
