The New Vacuum Freeze Drying machine has introduced German freeze-drying technology, combined with our own experience in heating, vacuum, refrigeration and automatic control technology, and designed new technologies such as heating and vacuum melting ice, which can maximize the preservation of product properties (color, fragrance) and structure.
Freeze-dried products are sponge-like without shrinkage, bright in color, excellent in rehydration, and have very little moisture (more than 95% moisture can be excluded).It can be stored and transported at room temperature for a long time after corresponding packaging.
