TG-CC-5000 automatic food waste composting machine is a mechanical device that provides the necessary degradation environment for food waste microbial treatment bacteria and rapidly degrades food waste. The device provides suitable temperature, humidity, oxygen content, and the like for the microbial treatment bacteria so that the organic waste can be rapidly degraded.

How it works?

TOGO’s food waste recycle machine utilizes a combination of heat, agitation and oxygen to provide an optimal environment for the Acidulo microbes to turn food waste into nutrient-rich fertilizer in 24 hours.

1. Decomposting Chamber: Rotating blades within the decomposting chamber help facilitate the digest and composting process.

2. Micro-Organisms: TOGO’s proprietary blend of microorganisms becomes active in 55˚C or above, posing no harm to humans.

3. Hygienization: The machine’s internal tank temperature is raised to 70˚C for 60 minutes to eliminate most harmful pathogens and bacteria.

4. Deodorizing Agent: TOGO’s UV deodorizer* efficiently removes and reduces any odour associated with the composting process.
