TOGO Organic Food Waste Disposal System (kitchen, fruit, and
vegetable waste) is an integrated system that combines
pretreatment, biochemical treatment, residue oil and water
separation and collection, three waste treatment, and other
technologies to reduce organic waste and conduct harmless and
resourceful treatment.
TOGO can design a cost-effective organic kitchen waste disposal
system for you according to various actual working conditions.
After organic waste is collected and transported, moving into
garbage sorting, crushing, and dehydration, the waste residue is
added with beneficial microorganisms to perform aerobic
fermentation in a special environment, and finally, organic
fertilizer is produced.
Food or Kitchen or Organic waste in pieces including packaging must
be shredded to prepare the optimal substrate for the fermentation.
TOGO provides a reliable Food/Kitchen/Organic waste recycling
system for this application. The system included a waste composting
pre-treatment system and a fermenter. The pre-treatment system
includes a bin-lifter, auto sorting platforms, industrial
shredders, dewatering machine, discharge auger conveyor. We can
customize provide the bin-lifter for the different sizes of the
bin.
The industrial shredder can handle wet and dry materials, they
employ two parallel counter-rotating cutters that intermesh at low
speed under extremely high torque, as the scissor-type cutters
intermesh at close clearance, they cut, shear, tear, press, and rip
apart the organic & food waste into smaller pieces typically in a
strip or chip-like output shape. The dewatering machine is just set
up under the industrial shredder to squeeze the liquid out of
organic material, operating in a continuous (not batch) mode.
The parts which touch the liquid make by stainless steel SUS304 to
make sure the long lifespan, the raw organic & food waste material
containing water 30-80%, after squeezing, the moisture content of
the final product is about 30-40%, you can’t press out any water by
hands. Finally, the shredded and dewatered organic waste convey to
the fermentation tank, the fermentation tank is one of the key
pieces of equipment in the organic & food waste composting
industry. The fermentation tank can make raw materials into ball
shape particles, with the features of large capacity, low energy
consumption, and low maintenance cost.

Solid-Liquid Separation → Oil-Water Separation → Fermentation →
Deodorization → Output
Output Product: Organic Fertilizer
Process Principle:
The organic waste is put into the fermentation bin after
collection, unloading, crushing, solid-liquid separation, and
oil-water separation. High-temperature fermentation and auxiliary
heating are used to keep the temperature in the warehouse at 65 ℃ ~
75 ℃, and the fresh air required for fermentation is always
maintained in the warehouse through gap stirring.
The energy released in the fermentation process is treated by the
deodorization system and discharged in the form of gas and water
vapor, which effectively eliminates odor pollution and avoids
secondary pollution in the process of treating organic waste
pollutants. After simultaneous high-temperature and rapid
fermentation, only about 10% of non-toxic and harmless organic
fertilizer substrate is left. The fertilizer can be used as an
organic soil conditioner to modify the soil, improve the
utilization rate of chemical fertilizer, fertile soil, increase
production.
The processing time of the whole fermentation process is about 24
hours, and the reduction rate is more than 90%. There is no need to
add other organic matter and nutrient solutions.
