Kitchen garbage is the household garbage formed in the process of people's life. It is easily perishable and deteriorates. It gives off odor and spreads bacteria and viruses.

Kitchen waste mainly consists of a mixture of rice and flour food residues, vegetables, animal and vegetable oils, meat bones, waste tableware, plastics, paper towels and other substances. In terms of chemical composition, it contains starch, cellulose, protein, lipids and inorganic salts.

The main characteristics are rich in organic matter, high water content, perishable, its character and smell will have a bad impact on environmental health, and easy to grow pathogenic microorganisms, antitoxins and other harmful substances.

Machine Description

Organic waste composting system processes food scraps, meat products, peelings, fish waste, soft bones, and most other left-over foods, as well as compostable cardboard and food packaging, turning everything into nutrient-rich compost in an estimated 24 hours.

If the packaging and cardboard content is high it may be necessary to add moisture, as the microbes need a balanced diet.

The unit is installed at the food waste source, which should eliminate the need for transportation and help reduce the carbon footprint.

The system comprises a main composting unit, where the chamber has internal rotating arms that mix the compost, with airflow being introduced via a ventilation fan.

Prohibited: Plastic Products, Metals, Ceramics, Fuel Oil, Solvents, Large Wood, Large Animal Bones, Cloth and other domestic waste and hazardous waste.
