Organic Food Waste Composting System is a machine used for the treatment and recycling of organic waste or wet garbage. A composter is a self-contained system capable of performing micro-organism-based composting in controlled conditions. This technology has found applications in diverse waste-producing industrial segments. Hospitals, clinics, municipal waste facilities, farms, slaughterhouses, supermarkets, sports, sea vessels, and airports are the primary beneficiaries of on-site waste conversion.

Organic Waste Composter Technology is an environmentally friendly alternative to other traditional means of waste disposal that include incineration, plasma arc and landfill dumping. • Fill–Open the top lid. Add food waste to the recycler along with Microorganism (100 gm) & Wood dust or Cocopeat. ( Approx 200 gm)
• Transform–Close the top door and start the switch to begin the “Transforming” cycle.
• Fertilize–Once finished, food waste will have been reduced by over two-thirds of its original volume within 24 hours, resulting in ready-to-use, homemade fertilizer.
• Remove the output bin, and spread your homemade fertilizer 1/4-inch thick on top of the soil of your lawn, garden, or outdoor potted plants.

Operating Principles:

1. Pour the kitchen garbage directly into the right groove area, where manual sorting can be done.
2. Kitchen garbage in the groove through the drain hole filtration part of the water and oil directly into the oil-water separator.
3. There is no clear water kitchen garbage through the middle pulverizer grinding crushing treatment after crushing grinding the debris can be squeezed and dehydrated.
4. After the material is ground and shredded, it can directly enter the screw kitchen garbage removal machine for dehydration. You can directly enter the trash can wait for municipal sanitation to be recycled or through biochemical processors to make biochemical organic fertilizer, recycling the value of the kitchen.
