aging test room, which is mainly used for testing the performance
indicators of air purifiers.
2. How can we guarantee quality?
Provide a pre-production sample before mass production, and make a
final inspection before shipment.
Xiangtai Scavenging has two air purifier finished product lines,
and adopts lean production management mode to build 6S workshop,
completing the complete production process from motor assembly to
product packaging. More than 70% of the production staff have more
than 4 years of experience in assembly.
The quality control in the production process is strict, and the
steps of first inspection, over-inspection, sampling and final
inspection are strictly implemented. At the same time, the aging
test, power test and withstand voltage test are all inspected 100%
to check that each finished product meets the customer's
requirements before shipment.

What Is Hepa UV Air Purifier?
HEPA Filtration: HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air.
HEPA filters are designed to capture particles in the air that are
as small as 0.3 microns in size with an efficiency of at least
99.97%. These particles can include dust, pollen, pet dander, mold
spores, and even some bacteria and viruses. The HEPA filter in an
air purifier works by forcing air through a dense network of
fibers, trapping these particles and preventing them from being
released back into the air.
UV-C Light Sterilization: UV-C light is a type of ultraviolet light with a wavelength range of around 200 to 280 nanometers. It has germicidal properties and is capable of destroying the DNA and RNA of microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, and molds. UV-C light is commonly used in air purifiers to sterilize and kill these pathogens. Inside the air purifier, the air passes through an area where it's exposed to UV-C light, effectively neutralizing or destroying any harmful microorganisms present in the air.
The function of a Hepa UV air purifier involves the following steps:
Air Intake: The purifier draws in indoor air, which may contain a variety of airborne particles, allergens, pollutants, and microorganisms.
Pre-Filtration (Optional): Some air purifiers have a pre-filter that captures larger particles like dust and hair. This helps extend the life of the HEPA filter by preventing it from getting clogged too quickly.
HEPA Filtration: The air passes through the HEPA filter. The dense network of fibers traps particles as small as 0.3 microns, effectively removing them from the air.
UV-C Sterilization: After passing through the HEPA filter, the air is exposed to UV-C light. The UV-C light damages the genetic material of bacteria, viruses, and molds, rendering them unable to reproduce and cause harm.
Clean Air Outlet: The now purified and sterilized air is released back into the indoor environment, providing cleaner and healthier air for the occupants.
It's important to note that while Hepa UV air purifiers can be effective in removing airborne particles and pathogens, they might not capture 100% of all particles, especially those smaller than 0.3 microns. Additionally, the effectiveness of UV-C light depends on factors like the intensity and duration of exposure. Regular maintenance, including replacing HEPA filters and ensuring UV-C bulbs are functional, is crucial for optimal performance.
