Technical Parameters

1. The driving motor of the transmission system is frequency conversion speed regulation;

2. Feed system and mud rod are driven separately;

3. The machine has reasonable structure, reliable performance, convenient maintenance, low running resistance and low energy consumption;

4. Equipped with manual adjustment gate. By adjusting the gate height and motor speed can control the feed amount of raw materials;

5. For mud rod, different structures and types can be selected. In addition to the function of moving material, it can also break large pieces of soft mud;

6. The conveying arc type scraper is made of manganese steel, the bottom center is supported by rollers, with good rigidity, large bearing capacity and long service life;

7. The transmission structure adopts shaft mounted hard gear surface reducer motor, with large bearing capacity and long service life;

8. The transmission chain plate and roller are made of alloy steel with heat-treated surface;

9. Equipped with head protection gear and side safety net;

10. The feeding machine can be equipped with a receiving belt conveyor, which is installed at the bottom, so that the powder material with leakage of scraper clearance can be transported to the lower hopper of the head.
