This is a precision miniature stepper motor, the output shaft has a
lead screw with a pitch of 0.4mm, and the lead screw and the lead
screw supported by the lead screw rotate to generate thrust.
The basic step angle of the motor is 18 degrees, and the motor runs
20 steps per week, so the displacement resolution can reach 0.02mm,
achieving the purpose of precise control.
In terms of actuators, the subdivision drive method is used to meet
the requirements.
This is a stepper motor equipped with a bracket, a lead screw and a relative motion slider. Mounting brackets can be replaced according to customer requirements.
Since the output shaft of the motor is a lead screw, during the rotation of the lead screw, the lead screw drives the slider to move back and forth. This conveniently provides actions such as forward and backward. In addition, the stepping motor can precisely control the speed, the number of revolutions, etc., which also determines the movement speed of the slider, and the movement position is precisely controllable. The positioning accuracy can be controlled within 0.05mm.

2. The outlet position of the motor can be freely selected within a range of 360 degrees to meet the installation requirements in the best state. In addition, the connector can choose lead, PCB, FPC bare pin.

In general, the maximum length of M2 screws can be 50mm, M3 screws can be 100mm, and M4 screws can be 100mm. Can also do 150mm. Small motors use lead screws with too large diameters, which consume a lot of power. Therefore, customers should also consider comprehensively when selecting motors.
4. The material of the slider is generally plastic, which is easy to form and relatively cheap.
When customers have special use environment and requirements, the slider can also use metal parts.
Of course, the cost of the slider will be relatively high, which is determined according to the customer's requirements for the shape and size of the slider.
