Elevator Traction Machine:
Elevator traction machine is an important component in elevator
system, which is used to provide power and transmission required
for elevator operation. The following are the general steps for
installing the elevator traction machine:
1.Location Determination: first, the installation location of the
traction machine needs to be determined. Generally, the traction
machine is installed on the top of the elevator shaft, and enough
space needs to be reserved to accommodate the traction machine and
its supporting equipment.
2.Installation of traction machine bracket: set up a frame of
traction machine bracket at the top of the shaft to ensure that the
bracket is stable and aligned with the wall of the shaft. The
bracket is usually made of steel or other appropriate materials.
3.Installation of traction machine: place the traction machine on
the bracket, and use bolts or other safety fixing devices to fix it
on the bracket to ensure that the traction machine is firm and
stable.
4.Connection PSU and wire: according to the design and
specification of the traction machine, connect the power line and
control line to the traction machine. Ensure correct connection and
conduct corresponding electrical grounding as required.
5.Connect the traction wheel and the wire rope: connect the wire
rope to the traction wheel, and install the rope correctly on the
traction machine according to the correct procedure. Make sure that
the rope is correctly fixed without relaxation or kink and has
undergone correct tension adjustment.
6.Testing and debugging: After the installation is completed,
comprehensive testing and debugging are required to ensure the
normal operation of the traction machine and provide sufficient
bearing capacity and safety performance. This includes test run,
emergency stop, speed control, load testing, etc.
