Controlling system

● Function: includes self-diagnosis, electric failure and restart, pressure controlling and self-adapt, circulation controlling, code protection, union controlling adopts, SIEMENS PLC touch screen etc.

● Pressure controlling: The pressure in the box is controlled by PLC, the pressure can be settled between +/- 10 mbar,while beyond +/- 12 mbar the system will automatically protect itself.

● Foot switch: controlling the pressure, easy to raise or depress the pressure.

Display system

Siemens PLC, which can display the operation state, pressure and system record, etc.

Controlling of vacuum system

British EDWARDS vacuum pump, which can be controlled by PLC or by hand. The type is 12m³ /h. It can vacuumize the antechamber and keep the balance of the pressure. The limit vacuum is ≤ 2x10^-1 pa.

● Moisture analyzer

Measuring Range: 0～500ppm

P₂O₅ moisture sensor is adopted in the moisture analyzer, corrosion resistant, renewable by acid cleaning, especially applicable for corrosive environment like lithium battery and organometallics to avoid discarding once contaminated. Display by PLC.

● Oxygen analyzer

Measuring range of 0~1000ppm

ZrO₂ oxygen solid sensor, long life, to be exposed in the air without any consumption.

Display by PLC.

● Solvent absorber

Absorber unit: activated carbon: 2Kg

Connected with main cycle pipeline, the cycled air can go through absorber at first and absorb organic solvent atmosphere.
