4. Slicing machine: efficient slicing, the thickness of slices can be adjusted

5. Conveyor: lift the potato chips to the blanching machine

6. Blanching machine: remove the starch on the surface of potato chips, inhibit the activity of active enzymes, and protect the color

7. Vibrating drainer: Remove undersized scraps and shake to remove excess water.

8. Air-cooling line to remove water: air-cooling removes the surface moisture of potato chips and transports them to the fryer

9. Fryer: Deep fry to color and optimize texture and taste

10. Vibrating oil drainer: shake to remove excess oil from potato chips

11. Air cooling line to remove oil and cool down: blow off the excess oil on the surface, and fully cool the potato chips so that they can enter the seasoning machine

12. Seasoning machine: Season the ingredients evenly according to your preference
