Our SSiC valve balls are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material and processed by pressureless sintering technology, have corrosion resistance, high strength and high hardness (2800 HV5), wear resistance and so on. The quality of our products is equivalent to ASTM F2094 F2094M-08 standard class I and II materials, and the precision grade reaches international standard G3, G5, G10 ceramic bearing balls, etc. Please note that the most of equipment used in our production and testing process are from Mitsutoyo Japan, and the hot isostatic sintering furnace is from ABB Sweden, therefore, the quality of our products is absolutely superior.
