Pictures for Original Mitsubishi Elevator Inverter Drive Spare Parts IGBT Module PM100RLA120 PM100RL1A120
There are many reasons why the elevator inverter module burns out,
the most common of which are:
1. Overvoltage or overcurrent: When the input voltage or current
exceeds the range that the inverter module can withstand, the
module will burn out.
2. Overheating: Long-term use, high ambient temperature or poor
heat dissipation may cause the module to overheat and burn out.
3. Overload: When the elevator load is too large, the inverter will
automatically limit the current to protect the system. However, if
it continues to work in an overloaded state, it will also cause the
module to burn out.
4. Internal fault: Failure of the internal components and circuits
of the inverter module will also cause the module to burn out.
5. External interference: There is a strong electromagnetic
interference field around the elevator, which may affect the
inverter module and cause it to burn out.
