AO-09 Oxygen Gas Sensor
Product Overview:
The AO-09 oxygen sensor is an electrochemical sensor specifically
designed for measuring oxygen concentration in medical equipment.
It adopts a molded body design and features rapid response and a
long service life.
Full-range linear output
The operation does not require an external power supply
Temperature compensation
Quick response
Accurate and reliable
Strong anti-interference ability
Application scope:
The AO-09 oxygen sensor does not require an external power supply
when in operation. It has all undergone professional and accurate
product calibration and temperature compensation before leaving the
factory
Sensing components for oxygen analyzers, such as oxygen generator
control devices, medical ventilators, anesthesia equipment,
incubators, etc.
Installation requirements:
When installing the sensor, it should be tightened by hand and
ensure good air tightness. Do not use wrenches or similar
mechanical auxiliary tools to prevent The thread of the stop sensor
was damaged due to excessive force.
Storage and Use:
The AO-09 oxygen sensor should avoid exposure to high
concentrations of organic solvent vapors during storage,
installation and operation. When using sensors with printed circuit
boards (PCBS), the PCB should be cleaned with a degreaser before
installing the sensor to prevent rosin
Wait for the flux impurities to evaporate and condense, blocking
the breathable membrane of the oxygen sensor. Organic solvents are
prohibited on the sensor housing as they may cause the plastic to
crack.
Cleaning:
If the sensor housing is contaminated, the sensor can be cleaned
with distilled water and allowed to dry naturally. It is not
allowed to use the sensor Sterilize with steam or expose the sensor
to an environment containing chemicals such as ethylene oxide and
hydrogen peroxide for a long time.
