Working Principle:
The sensor adopts the catalytic combustion principle and consists
of a test element and a compensating element that form two arms of
an electric bridge. When the test element comes into contact with
flammable gases, its resistance increases. This causes a change in
the output voltage of the bridge, and the voltage variation is
directly proportional to the increase in the flammable gas
concentration. The compensating element serves as a reference and
plays a key role in compensating for the impacts of temperature and
humidity changes on the detection results, ensuring the stability
of the sensor in different environmental conditions.

- Linear Output Performance: The bridge output voltage has a linear
relationship with the concentration of flammable gases. This linear
characteristic simplifies the subsequent signal processing and
calculation for gas concentration, facilitating accurate
quantitative detection.
- Reliable Anti - interference Capability: It has excellent
resistance to H₂S poisoning and organosilicon interference. This
enables the sensor to maintain stable performance even in harsh
industrial environments where such interfering substances may
exist, avoiding false alarms or detection inaccuracies.
- Fast Response and Stable Operation: With a response time of less
than 10 seconds and a recovery time of less than 30 seconds, it can
quickly detect changes in flammable gas concentrations and recover
to the initial state promptly after the gas dissipates.
Additionally, it has good repeatability and selectivity, and the
annual drift of its output signal is less than ±2 mV, ensuring long
- term detection reliability.
