Vacuum Sodium Citrate Blood collection Tube

Vacuum blood collection system is known as the safest method to draw blood directly.

JINGZ&YBK coagulation tubes are used in various kinds of blood coagulation tests include evaluating Prothrombin Time, Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time, Thrombin Time and etc. Tri-sodium citrate solution chelate (bind) calcium ions of blood cause to prevent the blood clotting. Their concentrations are 0.129mol/l (3.8%) or 0.109mol/l (3.2%) depend on laboratory manuals.

INSTRCUTION FOR USE

1. Check the tube;

2. Insert the blood collection needle into the vein after the skin disinfection;

3. Put the puncture needle into rubber stopper and the blood will automatically flow into the tube;

4. After the blood is collected to the calibration capacity, first pull out the IV needle on body, then pull off the tube.

5. Gently reverse the tube 5-8times after collection(except no additive tube).


STORAGE

1. The vacuum blood collection tubes should be stored in cool dry place at 0℃-25℃;

2. The vacuum blood collection tubes shall be vertical and prohibited to invert.
