1. Application Of Copper-Tungsten Alloy High Voltage Discharge Electrode:

Copper-tungsten alloy high-voltage discharge electrodes are mainly used in:


1. Electrode material: It is applied to high hardness materials and flat sheet electrode discharge machining. The surface finish of electro-processed products is high, high precision, low loss, and effective saving.


2. Contact materials: arc contacts and vacuum contacts of high and medium voltage switches or circuit breakers, circuit board welding and electrical contact points.


3. Welding materials: submerged arc welding machine, gas shielded welding machine welding nozzle, wireless resistance factory (production of carbon film resistance, metal coating resistance) resistance butt welding machine butt welding material (copper-tungsten alloy welding disc).


4. Guide material: various wire rolled steel, used for guiding and protecting materials.

70W30Cu type:


70W30Cu type tungsten-copper alloy electrode is a composite material refined through static pressure molding, high-temperature sintering, and copper infiltration by utilizing the excellent metal properties of high-purity tungsten powder and the high conductivity and fluidity of copper powder with high purity.


75W25Cu type:


75W25Cu type tungsten-copper alloy electrode is a composite material of tungsten and copper, which has the excellent characteristics of copper's thermal performance and low expansion. 75%W tungsten-copper alloy electrode has the characteristics of high heat resistance, high thermal conductivity and low expansion, so 75%W tungsten-copper alloy electrode is often used in resistance welding, electrical contact and radiator.


80W20Cu type:


The tungsten content of the 80W20Cu type tungsten-copper alloy electrode is 80%, and the grade is expressed as CuW80. The hardness of CuW80 is about 98HRB, and the density is about 15.58g/cm3. The thermal expansion characteristics of tungsten copper composite materials are similar to those of silicon carbide, aluminum oxide and beryllium oxide, and are used for substrates and chips.


85W15Cu type:


The 85W15Cu type tungsten-copper alloy electrode is a two-phase structure pseudo-alloy mainly composed of tungsten and copper elements. Powder alloy technology for production.
