1. Description Of MoW30 MoW50 Metal Alloys Crucible For Melting Brass:


An alloy made of tungsten and molybdenum is known as a molybdenum-tungsten alloy. The tungsten content of commonly used tungsten-molybdenum alloys is 30% to 50% (mass). The preparation method of tungsten-molybdenum alloy is the same as that of metal molybdenum material and molybdenum alloy, namely powder metallurgy post-sintering processing and smelting processing, which can produce rods, plates, wires or other profiles.


Molybdenum-tungsten alloy crucible is made of molybdenum and tungsten materials, this type of molybdenum-tungsten alloy crucible has the advantages of tungsten and molybdenum. The combination of the two can improve his working temperature. The working temperature of the molybdenum crucible is above 1100℃ and the working temperature of the molybdenum-tungsten alloy crucible is above 1800 .

Molybdenum-tungsten alloy crucibles are widely used in metallurgical industry, rare earth industry, artificial crystal and machinery. Since the melting point of molybdenum is as high as 2610°C, molybdenum-tungsten crucibles are also widely used as core containers in industrial furnaces such as sapphire single crystal growth furnaces, quartz glass melting furnaces, and rare earth smelting furnaces. The working temperature environment of molybdenum-tungsten crucible is generally above 2000℃. Especially for sapphire single crystal growth furnaces, molybdenum-tungsten crucibles with high purity, high density, no internal cracks, precise dimensions, and smooth inner and outer walls are used for seeding success rate, crystal pulling quality control, and decrystallization during sapphire crystal growth. Stickiness and longevity play a key role.
