Marine Mooring Bollards provide a simple yet efficient method for fulfilling mooring requirements to allow safe securing of vessels next to jetties, wharves, berths and dolphins in ports and harbours. DockFender can offer a wide range of cast iron or steel bollards in various sizes, grades and capacities.

Mooring bollards are designed and manufactured in accordance to various international standards such as BS 6349 pt 4 and PIANC guidelines. Bollards are safety critical components and DockFender strives to provide bollards with superior service life and resistance to physical and corrosive environments.

Specifications

The shape of DockFender bollards has been refined with finite element techniques to optimize the geometry and anchor layout. Even at full working load, Trelleborg bollards remain highly stable and provide a safe and secure mooring operation.

These are Tee Head, Horn Staghorn, Pillar, Kidney, Cleat, Single Bitt and Double Bitt.

Coating System

Mooring Bollards are supplied as factory standard with a protective coating suitable for most projects. High performance epoxy or other specified paint system can be factory applied on request in a choice of colors and thicknesses. Standard available coatings include (uncoated, zinc oxide primer or high performance epoxy).

Mooring Bollards are also available and supplied with Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) on special request basis. Wear and abrasion from ropes means paint coatings need regular maintenance. Ductile iron bollards are far less susceptible to corrosion than cast steel bollards, which can rust quickly and will need frequent painting to retain full strength.

Quality Assurance

Mooring Bollards are safety critical items and quality is paramount. Independent third party witnessing of test is available at additional cost on request. A typical quality documentation package will include:

Financial targets 2023

We have defined ambitious financial targets for our company. By 2023, Hongruntong Marine aims to grow sales to 600 million dollars, of which 300 million dollars will come from emerging markets. For adjusted earnings per preferred share (EPS), Hongruntong Marine targets a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10 percent between now and 2023. These financial targets are based on organic growth, including continuous portfolio optimization, that is, small and mid-sized acquisitions as well as divestment or discontinuation of nonstrategic activities. Potential major acquisitions or divestments are not built into our financial targets.
