Description

Arch rubber fender is one of the most widely used fender varieties. It produces unit weight energy absorption in the compression type fender after super drum fender, 3.5 times higher than the cylinder type fender and 2.3 times higher than the type D fender and save material. It has the better stability and stronger attachment to the supporting structure than the traditional arch rubber fenders.

Arch Marine Rubber Fender, which is commonly used for the quay and dock for the protection of the boats and ships, is tough and reliable, simple and long lasting, providing trouble-free service for a wide variety of berthing even under the most severe conditions. Super Arch rubber fender has the better stability and stronger attachment to the supporting structure than the traditional arch rubber fenders.

Inspection and certificate

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.

The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test

- Energy absorption and reaction test

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.

Financial targets 2023

We have defined ambitious financial targets for our company. By 2023, Hongruntong Marine aims to grow sales to 600 million dollars, of which 300 million dollars will come from emerging markets. For adjusted earnings per preferred share (EPS), Hongruntong Marine targets a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10 percent between now and 2023. These financial targets are based on organic growth, including continuous portfolio optimization, that is, small and mid-sized acquisitions as well as divestment or discontinuation of nonstrategic activities. Potential major acquisitions or divestments are not built into our financial targets.
