Technological evolution from the cell fender brings us to the production of cone fenders that not only exhibits low reaction force upon contact, but also carries great energy absorption capacity. In addition, cone rubber fenders can take high berthing angles and still be efficient.

Its conical design provides a large circular base that keeps the fender body stable at all times no matter the shear, axial or angular force. Cone Rubber Fenders system can be used for berthing for most ship types like RoRo, Tanker, Cruise berths etc & structures including but not limited to container & bulk terminals, general cargo facilities.

Installation Accessories

Front Panel: Reduces surface pressure and avoids damage to fenders and boats.

Face Panel: Reduce the coefficient of friction to protect the hull. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.

Pre-installed Bolts and Nuts: Used to secure the fender to the dock. 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel or Q235 hot dip galvanized.

Preset U-Rings: Secure the chain. Q235 painted or hot dip galvanized.

Anchor Bolt: Connect accessories such as fenders and front panels. Stainless steel (or hot dip galvanized).

Weight Chain: Supports the front panel to avoid sagging. 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel or Q235 hot dip galvanized.

Tension Chain: When the lower part of the fender is stressed, it limits the deflection of the fender. Q235 hot dip galvanized or painted.

Shear Chain: Prevents shear deformation of the fender system. Q235 hot dip galvanized or painted.

Financial targets 2023

We have defined ambitious financial targets for our company. By 2023, Hongruntong Marine aims to grow sales to 600 million dollars, of which 300 million dollars will come from emerging markets. For adjusted earnings per preferred share (EPS), Hongruntong Marine targets a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10 percent between now and 2023. These financial targets are based on organic growth, including continuous portfolio optimization, that is, small and mid-sized acquisitions as well as divestment or discontinuation of nonstrategic activities. Potential major acquisitions or divestments are not built into our financial targets.
