Cone Rubber Fenders with the conical body shape and frontal mount steel frame are the latest generation product of "cell" type fenders, with optimal performance and efficiency. They provide an excellent energy capability with a low reaction (their designed compress deformation rise from 52.5% to 72% while the reaction force is unchanged)

Cone Rubber Fenders have the highest energy absorption and lowest reaction force of any fender type. The high efficiency makes it has excellent performance and less costs. All Cone Fenders are single piece mouldings so they are robust, long lasting and easy to install. In most projects, the frontal frame is generally used in conjunction with Cone Fender System. Generally the frontal frame is including Steel Panel and UHMW-PE facing pad. Besides that they have also been used with great success behind fender piles, in Parallel Motion systems and for numerous other applications.

Installation Accessories

Front Panel: Reduces surface pressure and avoids damage to fenders and boats.

Face Panel: Reduce the coefficient of friction to protect the hull. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.

Pre-installed Bolts and Nuts: Used to secure the fender to the dock. 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel or Q235 hot dip galvanized.

Preset U-Rings: Secure the chain. Q235 painted or hot dip galvanized.

Anchor Bolt: Connect accessories such as fenders and front panels. Stainless steel (or hot dip galvanized).

Weight Chain: Supports the front panel to avoid sagging. 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel or Q235 hot dip galvanized.

Tension Chain: When the lower part of the fender is stressed, it limits the deflection of the fender. Q235 hot dip galvanized or painted.

Shear Chain: Prevents shear deformation of the fender system. Q235 hot dip galvanized or painted.

Financial targets 2023

We have defined ambitious financial targets for our company. By 2023, Hongruntong Marine aims to grow sales to 600 million dollars, of which 300 million dollars will come from emerging markets. For adjusted earnings per preferred share (EPS), Hongruntong Marine targets a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10 percent between now and 2023. These financial targets are based on organic growth, including continuous portfolio optimization, that is, small and mid-sized acquisitions as well as divestment or discontinuation of nonstrategic activities. Potential major acquisitions or divestments are not built into our financial targets.
