Product name: T38 Thread 1830mm Length Diamond MM Extension Rod For Construction Machinery
Product category: Drilling rod
Threaded Connection: T38
Length: 1830mm
KINGDRILLING Alloy steel with a high strength is used to make
threaded drill pipes. High-precision CNC machines are used to machine all tracks and
threads. Rapid heating and cooling are used to induce the threads
after induction hardening. The mechanical qualities of the drill pipe are enhanced and its service life is guaranteed by precision
temperature control heat treatment equipment.
Total carburization hardens the outer steel body and raises the
carbon content of the drill pipe's outer layer. Drilling activities in complicated rocks and
terrains can be completed with great precision and efficiency by
using solid thread drill bits that fit exactly against the inner
wall of the drill bit.

FAQ:
1. How should one use a drilling pipe?
The device used to transfer power during drilling operations is the
drill rod. Many parts, including the drill, stabilizers, drilling
pipe, drill collars, special connectors, and Kelly, usually make up
a drill string. Controlling the drill bit, applying weight on bit
(WOB), transmitting power, carrying out specific operations like
cement extrusion and managing subterranean mishaps, and (4)
delivering drilling fluid are the five primary responsibilities of
the drill string.
2. What are the benefits of using heavy-duty drill pipe?
a. When drilling a deep well, heavy drill pipe can be used to
replace a portion of the drill collar. This will increase drilling
capacity, improve load, and decrease torque.
b. Using a simple method that can reduce tripping time, to pick up
the sub and safety clamp that are not in use during drilling
operations.
c. Drilling directional wells at a high speed with low torque
minimizes string abrasion and fracture without differential
pressure and sticking due to drill collar's lower steel grade and
tiny touching area with the well wall.
3. What is a drill rod?
A drill rod is a form of bar stock machined to produce tools such as drill bits, taps, dowel pins, shafts, reamers, files, punches and hammers. It's soft enough to shape but can be heated up to revert back to the hardness. Drill rods are manufactured from tool steel that has been ground to a tight tolerance diameter.
