Tile Roof Mount System Tile Mount Household Solar Photovoltaic
System
Pitched Roofs are the roofs which generally slopes downwards in
one, two or more parts (depending upon the design), at a certain
angle from the central ridge (the central ridge is the highest
point or peak in a sloping roof).
Conventional slope roofs, with a pitch between 4/12 and 9/12, are
the most common in residential work. Roofs with a pitch exceeding
9/12 (37 degrees) are termed steep slope roofs. Depending upon the
slope, environmental condition, aesthetic view, and number of
sloping surfaces, the pitched roof are widely categorized into the
following types:
On a typical slanted roof, we normally make the angle of the solar panels as same as the angle of the roof and the direction the roof faces. When roofs with angles between 45 and 85 degrees are perfect for rooftop solar panel installation, the relatively lower angles can make enough surface area of the photovoltaic cells will be exposed to benefit from the sun's rays.
Tile roof solar mounting systems provide an efficient and effective
way to install solar panels on a tile roof. The system uses special
brackets that are designed to fit under the tiles and attach to the
roof trusses, providing a secure base for the solar panels.
Additionally, these systems often include specialized clamp, rail
and fasteners. To install a tile roof solar mounting system, begin
by measuring the area where the solar panels will be installed and
selecting the appropriate brackets. Next, use a hammer drill to
create pilot holes in the tiles and trusses, and then attach the
brackets. Finally, apply sealant around the edges of the brackets
and fasten the panels to the brackets.
The sheer number of roof shapes and pitches make it challenging to
install a solar mount system. But luckily, we’re able to install
solar panels on nearly any roof pitch with the extensive range and
dynamic modular structure of LP SOLAR mounting systems. Better yet,
we offer them for all of the PV module size currently available on
the market.
All of our pitched roof solar mount systems are highly durable,
easy to install, and come with impressive load capacities. Our team
can even provide structural calculation report for a wide variety
of roof systems.
We respect roofs!
