127 Shielded Type 3A Chip Power Inductor Smd 100uH Wire Wound
Ferrite Core Marking 101 For Boombox
Product performance:
The DC resistance (DCR) of the coil, the rated saturation current, the rated rms current, the AC resistance (ESR), and the Q factor. Depending on the application, the choice of inductor type—shielded or unshielded—is also important.
Similar to DC bias in a capacitor, Vendor A's 2.2µH inductor may be completely different from Vendor B's. The inductance value versus DC current over the relevant temperature range is a very important curve that must be obtained from the manufacturer. The rated saturation current (ISAT) can be found on this curve. ISAT is generally defined as the DC current when the inductance value is reduced by 30[[%]] of the rated value. Some inductor manufacturers do not specify ISAT. They probably only gave the DC current when the temperature was 40°C above ambient.
Application:
Radio frequency (RF) and wireless communications, information technology equipment, radar detectors, automotive electronics, cellular phones, pagers, audio equipment, PDAs (personal digital assistants), wireless remote control systems, and low-voltage power supply modules, etc.
Structure and composition:
Chip inductors are a commonly used electronic component. When the current passes through the wire, a certain electromagnetic field will be generated around the wire, and the wire in this electromagnetic field will generate an induced electromotive force-self-induced electromotive force, which we call electromagnetic induction. In order to enhance electromagnetic induction, people often wind the insulated wire into a coil with a certain number of turns.
