Provide all kinds of industrial machinery products testing certification
It mainly includes agricultural machinery, mining equipment, metallurgical equipment, power equipment, chemical equipment and working mother machinery and other manufacturing industries. Machinery manufacturing industry is the heart of the industry, it industry, agriculture, transportation, national defense, etc. To provide technical equipment, is the material of the national economy and defense modernization technology base, therefore, machine-building industry developed or not and machine and equipment level of self-sufficiency is to measure a country's economic development level and the real symbol of the levels of science and technology. There are many categories of machine manufacturing, which has become the largest industrial system with dozens of independent production departments. Because of the complex structure of machine products, parts and components, strong technology, so the implementation of production specialization, standardization, automation for the development of machine manufacturing industry is of great significance.
Product range:
Agricultural machinery, mining equipment, metallurgical equipment, power equipment, chemical equipment, digging machinery, shovel transport machinery, construction lifting machinery, motor industrial vehicles, compaction machinery, road machinery, piling machinery, concrete machinery, steel processing machinery, decoration machinery, drilling machinery, other special construction machinery.
Chemical machinery is a general term for the machinery and equipment used in the production of the chemical industry. In order to process raw materials into finished products of certain specifications in chemical production, a series of chemical processes such as raw material pretreatment, chemical reaction and separation and refining of reaction products are often required. The machinery used to realize these processes is often classified as chemical machinery.

The standards applicable to mechanical products are generally divided into the following categories:
Class A standards (Basic safety standards)
It is mainly about basic concepts, design principles and general
requirements applicable to all machinery.
Class B standards (safety standards)
are mainly used to deal with a safety situation or a related safety
facilities, which can be widely used in a variety of machinery;
Class B1 standards for specific safety conditions (e.g., safe
distance, surface temperature, noise)
The B2 standard is for relevant safety facilities (e.g., two-hand
controls, interlocking devices, pressure sensing devices, shields).
Class C standards (Machine safety standards)
are mainly used for the detailed safety requirements of a
particular type or class of machines.
Class C standard has the highest authority among these three
standards, that is, if the same machine adopts class A, B and C
standards at the same time, the requirements of class C standard
have the highest priority. Class C standards are usually also
called product standards. For example, EN201- Safety Requirements
for Injection Molding Machines, which provides detailed and
specific requirements for all possible risks of injection molding
machines, basically including or referring to the requirements of
class A and class B standards related to this type of products.
The most commonly used A, B and C standards for mechanical products
are:
Class A standard: ENISO12100: Basic design Principles for Mechanical safety - Risk
assessment and risk mitigation; .
Class B standard: ENISO13857: Safety of machinery - safe distance to prevent
extension of upper and lower limbs and hazardous areas;
ENISO4413: Hydraulic systems - General requirements and safety
specifications for hydraulic systems and hydraulic components;
ENISO4414: Pneumatic systems - General requirements and safety
specifications for hydraulic systems and hydraulic components
EN1088: Safety of machinery - Interlocking devices mounted on
shields - General principles of design and methods of selection;
EN953: Safety of machinery - General requirements for the design
and construction of stationary and mobile shields;
En60204-1: Safety of machinery - Mechanical electrical equipment -
Part 1: General requirements.
Class C standard :EN201: Plastics and rubber machinery - Safety requirements for
injection molding machines
En415-1: Safety of packaging machinery - Part 1: Terminology and
classification of packaging machinery and related equipment;
En415-5: Safety of packaging machinery - Part 5: balers;
