(1)Regarding enquiry: If you want us to produce your items, please offer your designs with size, quantity and other requirement; If you want to get quotation of our existing items, please advise the quantity you may order.

(2)Regarding lead time for samples:
If clients request our existing sample, we can send within 5-7 days;
If clients request a sample with new shape or logo, it takes 7-15 days.

(3)Regarding lead time for Mass production:
If clients order our existing models with a certain quantity, the time will be 20-25 days;
If clients order new models with a certain quantity, the time will be 25-35 days depending on.
If clients request URGENT orders, we can also do it within 10-15 days.


(4)Regarding payment:
For all new clients, 30% deposit, 70% before shipment, T/T, Paypal or Western Union all are ok.

(5)Regarding shipping:
We use FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT for international courier service, the shipping time will be 3-7 days.
We also use ocean shipping & air shipping based on clients' requirements.

(6)Regarding after-sale:
If clients find defective products within 3-6months after they receive the order, please take a photo and send to us, so that we can remake new products as the replacement.
