7A31 Brushed Oxide Mirror Embossed/PS Alloy Aluminum Plate Coil Metal 1/4 1/8
Aluminum sheet type:① Drawing aluminum plate: The manufacturing process of repeatedly scraping the aluminum plate out of the line with sandpaper. The main process is divided into three parts: deester, sand mill and water washing. In THE PROCESS OF aluminum wire drawing, the special film technology after ANODIzing can make the surface of aluminum plate generate a skin film layer containing the metal component, clearly show every tiny silk mark, so as to make the metal matte with a fine hair luster.
② Aluminum oxide plate: the aluminum plate is placed in the corresponding electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as the anode, under the action of specific conditions and applied current, the aluminum plate formed by electrolysis. The anodic aluminum plate is oxidized to form a thin layer of alumina on the surface, the thickness of which is 5 ~ 20 microns, and the hard anodic film can reach 60 ~ 200 microns.
