Measurement principle: First, the paired bearing and the inner spacer are placed on the
upper and lower ends of the positioning base respectively, and the
equipment is started. The upper indenter and the GT21
high-precision displacement sensor move downward together, so that
the lower end face of the upper indenter contacts the upper end
face of the upper bearing, and then continue to increase the axial
force of about 1kgf.
At this time, a displacement will be generated after the contact
between the displacement sensor and the upper end face of the
positioning base (ΔX), write down the value of the displacement
(ΔX);
Then the inner spacer and the outer spacer are installed at the
same time, using the external trigger method, when the upper
pressure head goes to the displacement of the displacement sensor
(ΔX), the loading is stopped, and the value detected by the
pressure sensor is the axial preload force of the pair of bearings.
