Rubber Ball Seal Materials


Ball can be created to standard specifications or bespoke to suit the needs of the application. They come in all shapes and sizes and can be created from a range of materials. These include a variety of common polymers; ball sheet materials, such as synthetic, silicone and high performing engineering rubbers, as well as plastics, such as Acetal and PTFE. The range of materials available to create ball ensures that whatever the application there is an appropriate ball material to fit the situation.

SILSilicone RubberTensile strength is worse than general rubber and does not have oil resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance, low temperature are excellent, suitable for high and low temperature environment, and alcohol resistance.
FSILFluorinated Silicone RubberGood resistance to oil, solvent and fuel oil, good resistance to high and low temperature, used in space parts, but mostly limited to static seals, its strength and wear resistance are not good.
FPM / FKMFluoro Carbon RubberHigh TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE IS BETTER THAN SIL, CHEMICAL resistance, MOST oil AND several solvents (EXCEPT KETones, LIPids), weather resistance, ozone resistance are good, cold resistance is poor, widely used in automobile, chemical plant parts

NSF : NSF is specialized in standard setting, product testing and certification services in the fields of public health, safety and environmental protection, and is an authoritative body in the field of public health and safety


KTW : The supplier is required to comply with DVGW (German Gas and Water Association) Regulation W 270 "Propagation of microorganisms on Non-metallic materials". This standard mainly protects drinking water from contamination with biological impurities. All drinking water systems and excipients exported to Europe must be KTW certified. Therefore, if Chinese drinking water systems and excipients are to be exported to European countries, they must pass KTW certification. KTW has been authorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) for the certification of safe drinking water.
