A: Yes, we specialize in customized mold fabrication and can
translate complex punch die ideas into reality. The punch mold
components we manufacture are designed for various demanding
applications and a variety of materials.
Q2: Do you accept low-volume sample orders? What’s your MOQ for
customization?
A: Yes, we do. For sample orders, we accept a minimum order quantity
of one piece. Please attach CAD or 3D drawings to your inquiry; the
sample lead time is 10 to 15 days, and it can be negotiated for
other special requirements.
Q3: If we want to cooperate with you, can we ensure
confidentiality?
A: Absolutely. All your information, including company details,
drawings, and purchase order specifics, will be kept confidential.
We can sign an NDA if you wish.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: We require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% due
before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and
packaging before you pay the balance.
