and 316L grades. Polished Stainless Steel Sheet has been polished
to remove such surface imperfections as laser marks, discoloration
and mill marks. A highly reflective finish (known in the industry
as mirror finish) can be achieved by adding a thin layer of
chromium oxide onto the surface through electroplating or immersion
in chromium acid bath.
