Self-adjustable Turning Rolls can adjust the wheels’ angle
automatically as per the diameter of workpiece.The four driving
rollers use full-gear wheel drive,so it can achieve four-wheel
driving.In order to satisfy different diameters,it has rubber and
steel wheels together, the carrying capacity is large and drive
ability is strong.The speed adjusting way adopt VFD,it is low-sound
and gentle turning.

Structure and characteristic
- HGZ40 type Self-aligning rotator consists of power roll, idler roll
and electric control system,etc.
- The base of the rotator use the plates welded together and stress
by annealing. It ensure the strength of the base and after a long
time to overcome the stress generated by the welding deformation.
- The power rotator has a set of driving system which mainly consists
of AC motor , reducer, coupling and connecting shaft. Through the
AC motor and two sets of worm gear reducers working together, which
ensures to make the rollers run.
- The electric control system consists of the electric control box
and remote control box.
- The electric control box consists of the inverter, contactor,
button, etc. The mainly electric components are using the famous
brands, such as Siemens, ABB and so on, which are which are
reliable performance and easy maintenance. It controls brake of the
motor and meet the requirements of the machanism action. And it can
control and protect the motor. The frequency conversion system uses
the YASKAWA system, which is low-noise, high-performance,
multi-function transducer, no torque ripple. And other
characteristics of the control signals using analog control, speed
shows is using high-precision digital display meter, the overall
stability of high anti-jamming capability.
